NEED A RIDE?

DRIVER’S SEAT: Obsessive Compulsive Disaster  is the shockingly funny, brutally honest new solo show written and performed by Ellie Brelis. Buckle up for a twisted ride through OCD, an epic break up, a major break down, coming out, and - just possibly - learning how to drive.

Written in 2020 during a mental health crisis, hospitalization, and six months of intensive treatment, Ellie brings her story to the stage.

Please note this play discusses mental illness, suicidal ideation, and drug use. It may not be suitable for all viewers.

A quirky, funny, twisted ride through the worst time in a young woman's life. Every word is true.
OCD, an epic heartbreak, coming out of the closet, and a pandemic could drive anyone mad.

"This excellent show, written with a brave heart and an astute mind is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what she does next! Whatever is going on in that complex and fascinating mind of hers, I can tell you that on stage she has the kind of talent that’s seldom seen. She has that special something, that indefinable quality that has you hanging on her every syllable, watching her every move and wanting more"
